Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Urbanfy.in, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your unique print-on-demand items. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
This policy outlines the conditions under which you can return items and receive refunds.
2. Return Period & Notification
You have **15 calendar days** from the date of delivery to return an item.
To initiate a return, you **must contact us within 48 hours of your item’s delivery**. Failure to notify us within this 48-hour window may result in your return request being denied.

3. Eligibility for Returns
For an item to be eligible for a return, it must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- It must have all original tags and labels attached.
- It must not be a non-returnable item (see section 4).
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
4. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized items (unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part).
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
- Underwear, swimwear, or other intimate apparel for hygiene reasons.
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days), depending on your bank or payment processor.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@urbanfy.in.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@urbanfy.in.
7. Shipping Costs for Returns
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item over INR 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within the 48-hour notification window) at support@urbanfy.in with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.
